Mid-July Harvest and Grapes

This is what happens when I wait a week to harvest.  Baseball bats.
I found some grapes yesterday!  There were more yesterday morning, but these are in the goats' area, so they're in somebody's belly now.

    Boy, will you be able to make A LOT of Zucchini Bread!

    Would the goats eat some sliced up zucchini?? Maybe grilled with a little olive oil and seasoning? (I can't remember specifically if ours ever did or not.)

    I've been gone for a week and now need to get out into my garden. I missed some Broc..I'd give it to your goat if I was closer. the romaine is looking pretty wild...and I don't know what the cucumbers and the zuchs are doing. tomorrow...it will wait until tomorrow.

    Mama Pea - the chickens like zucchini, but not the skins. I'm going to grate some to freeze, dry more (still can't get the flavor the way I want!), and make more stuff, zucchini quiche, zucchini latkes, etc, etc.

    Karen Sue - watch out, your cukes will be huge!
