Yesterday I walked to the southern border of my property, something I hadn't done before. There are a fair number of animal trails back there in the woods. I even saw an old concrete thing that may have been part of a structure, waaaay back in the woods.
On the w
ay back to the house, I took a detour through the upper blueberry hill coming in the back way. It was there that I saw this poop.After researching in my trusty animal tracking book that has lots and lots of poop pictures, I have come to the thought that it's black bear poop! Cool.
He/she was obviously checking out the blueberry crop . . . you may have to work out an agreement with him/her so you get your fair share of the berries!
