You Know You're a Homesteader When

A coworker brings his family over to pick blueberries, they bring a hostess gift of a chicken waterer, and you couldn't be more happy!



The kids entertain themselves by feeding flowering broccoli to the goats.  Goats happy! Kids happy!

The family takes home enough blueberries to make a pie.  Family happy! Everybody happy!

    Bonanza! My visitors only bring graham crackers (which the llama appreciates).
