Guess I Won't Be Planting Outside After All
I forgot about hardening off these little babies. Here they are getting their first-ever peek at the sun.
I don't think I'll be sleeping outside tonight either. It's supposed to rain overnight, and it's extremely buggy. I've heard that there are 6 seasons around here: Winter, Mud, Spring, Black Fly, Summer, and Fall. Could this be black fly season, or do I still have that to look forward to? Sometimes it's a good thing to live high on a mountain, and this is one of those times - there's rarely not a breeze keeping the bugs down.
It's OK about the transplanting. There's plenty of other stuff to do, like a dirt pile in the driveway giving me the "look," and more time on the hammock.
